Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We can ship to anywhere in the world. Items sent internationally will not incur import duties as we mark down the customs value of all our international parcels.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are despatched within one working day of receipt of payment.
UK deliveries are sent by DHL Express 48 hour service. International orders are sent by fully insured Airsure and take between 2-8 working days.

Is it possible to request a product not shown on your site?
All our existing inventory is listed on this website, so if it isn't shown, it is unlikely we will be able to source it. We are constantly sourcing new brands and products, so be sure to check back often for our newest styles.
Do you offer a prescription lens service with your optical products?
We have decided not to offer a lens service with our optical frames so we can pass on the biggest discounts to you. High street opticians charge highly over-inflated prices for their optical frames, so why not purchase the frames from us at prices up to 70% lower than the high-street, and then simply instruct an optician to create the lenses for you based on your prescription. The majority of opticians are more than happy to do this, and you will make considerable savings.
Do you guarantee a high level of service?
Customer satisfaction is our number one priority which is why we offer round the clock communication, explicit product descriptions and the best product images of any optical retailer in the world. We also provide an excellent after sales care service. If you have any problems or issues with your product after purchase we are available anytime to resolve them for you.
Is there a returns policy if I am not satisfied with my order?
We will accept the return of any product purchased from our website within 14 days of delivery. Returns are not subject to any restocking fee.
Please note items must be returned by an insured service that requires a signature on receipt, and you will be responsible for the shipping cost of the returned item.
